Margaret & Mark had a beautiful sunny day for their wedding. We did most of the formals and family in St. Vital park…..it is a fabulous area for photos. There were lots of tears flowing as their bridal party consisted of their grown children & spouses, but it also made for a lot of fun. There are five little grandsons as well. The beautiful bride I’m proud to say is my sister, and for this wedding I got to have a little fun myself…it was great to see all the family.

I’ve always admired your wedding photos but with Marg & Mark, I probably took a more critical look than usual. Perhaps that’s normal when looking at the special day of someone you know. A few comments, just off the top of my head.
1. Love the way you combine traditional and contemporary images. The best of both worlds.
2. You have a great rapport with your subjects that shows through.
3. Everyone is relaxed and comfortable. Make for better pictures.
4. Your poses are terrific.
5. Compositions are great. You make use of the surroundings without detracting from the subject.
