Ste Rose’s newest newlyweds…..Congrat’s to you both. It is quite a love story that brought these two together….. ( I can’t tell, you have to ask them ) hee hee. It was rain predicated right up till the last moment on this one, then when I checked out the weather on Sat morning they said cloudy …no rain, WOO HOO!!
It was a late day ceremony so I started with Joanne & Wayne first and then I did the family formals. Everything went so smoothly that I had some free time to chill out ( or should I say warm up) before the ceremony started at the United Church here in Dauphin. Joanne & Wayne opted for a little different wedding party… Joanne had her daughter , little niece & nephew on her side and Wayne had his son , daughter & her 3 1/2 son on his side. It was nice because it involved their own bended families together. The reception was held at the Rec center at Credit Union Place.
Wayne is the drummer in the Dauphin rock band “Bad Alibi” you can check out the web site here. I’m told he’s a hell of a singer too. Way to go Wayne!!! From what I seen at their 1st dance , it seems Joanne likes to sing too…I seen her singing to Wayne with THAT look in her eyes. You know that look…. like their the only two in the world. They make a awesome couple folks…. Wishing them all the best in their new life together.
