Ashley’s Studio Grad Session

We had a awesome time working with Ashley, its not hard photographing Ash as she is so beautiful. She enjoys quadding and scrape booking. Once she graduates from high school, she would like to get out in the real world and have her own hair salon .
But next year she will be back in school so that she can get her business courses done and over with. After that she would like to move to Brandon and start a family there.
She is graduating with 2 diploma’s… her regular one and her Cosmetology one.
Wow…great job
Here’s a quote from Ashley
“I am a proud student for taking 4 years just to pursue my dream.”
Here’s a sneak peak……

Tanis’s Studio Grad Session

We had a great time with Tanis, she brought her mp3 player and got into the groove…she likes alternative rap/rock (Linkin Park all the way!) When she’s not hangin out at Tim Hortons, she’s either at school or shopping at Ardens. Here’s a little info on her.
“ People say I’m: Like a blanket … one of my friends recently did an LA project called ‘Angels in Disguise’, she wrote about all her closest friends and described me as a blanket. Protective and comforting to those close to me, never boring, and a valuable part of the group.
My past: I was born and raised in Dauphin, MB, Canada. The child stuck in the middle with an older sister and younger brother. I’ve always lived in the country, but never really felt like a true country girl. I don’t mind getting my hands dirty, but love to accessorize at the same time. I have two pets, a cat, Pumpkin, and a dog, Monty.
Plans for the future: I want to get into Massage Therapy, I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands. Currently I’m looking at schools in Winnipeg, MB. Once I’m done school, I want to get out of Canada … sooner rather than later. Don’t get me wrong, I love this country and I’ll always be Canadian first … but I want to see the world. “
What a gal!

Keith provided us with a bit of entertainment….hee hee The kids have changed so much since we last photographed the family…there aren’t kids no more!
Donna and Keith as well as Larry and Virginia celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary and we’d like to wish them all the best on the next 25.

Canadian National Women’s Hockey Team

Watching the Olympics on TV tonight reminded me of the awesome time we had photographing the Canadian National Women’s Hockey Team in 07. I didn’t know what to expect when we walked in but it didn’t take long to see they were a great bunch of ladies they were, very personable and friendly. We had so much fun with them and it was great to meet them all. They were the World Champions that year, and it was fantastic to watch them. I can’t wait to see them again!

Good luck to all our Canadian athlete’s.
